I hope they would expand on "Eat specific foods". What are they???Peppers such as jalapeno, habanero. and cayenne, also foods with calcium such as milk try to get about 1200 mg a day. You can even take calcium supplements.
I know peppers is one food.
The best thing to "increase" your metabolism rate is Green Tea!
Eat specific foods probably pertains to negative calorie foods - foods that take more calories to digest than they provide. Examples of such foods are chili, peppers, carrots, celery, cucumbers, broccoli, etc. Think spicy or vegetables. Combining those things with high protein and weight lifting, you'll tone up real fast. Protein is good filler food too, so rather than buying a bag of chips, grab some nuts (not chocolate covered).
Ah! According to #5 I have been doing my workout in reverse. In the last 6 weeks I went from 301 pounds to 278 but all the weight loss has stopped pretty much but my stamina is high. I have been doing 35 to 40 minutes of cardio (eliptical) before my weight lifting. I never have lifted for more than 20 or 30 minutes. Starting tomorrow Im gonna do what they suggest and see what happens.So did it work?soooo wat happen its been a third of a year
Eat specific foods, consume the proper amount of calories, and exercise --- Duh!! That is less than no help at all.What's wrong with that? It sums up the whole thing.
